Made-to-order production

Many Canvas and Poster products are produced specifically after an order is placed. A production period can therefore apply before dispatch.

Delivery destinations and charges

We deliver within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout based on the products in your basket and your delivery address.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates depend on production, destination and carrier service. Where an estimate is available it will be shown during checkout or after processing. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Tracking and multiple parcels

Where tracking is available, it is normally provided after dispatch. Products in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.

Damaged, delayed or missing deliveries

If a parcel arrives damaged or appears significantly delayed, use our Contact Us page and include your order number. For damage, photographs are helpful where possible.

International orders

International orders can be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
