Our Returns Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, undamaged condition.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@canvasandposter.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty.
